Wow. Only alteration I would make is a silver Wye butt cap( to match my peregrine's) that's just me. But
truly beautiful.

Lovely looking blank and I really like what you've done with the build 👍
I think the price point for a bespoke rod is about right for a twin tip. Again I like the concept of a tip rod on the lighter section.
Just an observation here, but you're into Harrison territory at that level and as you'll see on here, there is no end of debate/ discussion on various Harrison( and Free Spirit) blanks and regardless of whether one prefers a Chimera over a Torrix etc there is plenty of feedback on the nuances of the blanks and positive experiences to persuade someone to part with their hard earned..
In the unlikely event that you buy before you try, and it's not for you, Harrisons / Free Spirit are always in demand and tend to hold their value better than most, so more of a safe bet if you need to move it on.
I am aware of H&H as suppliers of rod building components but don't know anything about the blanks, Perhaps a bit of info on the rod blank would be useful?
But really like what you've done and if I was in the market, I really like the look of them but would need a bit of convincing to leave the cult of Dr Steve.

p.s. Do you build on other manufacturer blanks?

Thank you so much for your feedback I really appreciate it. I have just been accepted as a trade for Harrison after Steve and Mike from Harrison looked at my work so have a few blanks on there way. I've been building rods for 20 year now mostly fly rods, and pretty much all sold to customers in the States but due to everything costing so much it became so unviable. A good friend took me barbel fishing last year and that did it for me I was hooked good and proper, then I ended up getting made redundant. So hence Punk Customs was born. I'm Aiming to just stick with barbel and Specialist rods. As carp rods make me die inside😂. Any way thanks again for your advice.

Kindest regards Marcus

On a slightly different rid but to emphasise how I agree with uour vo.ments Paul. About 2 years ago I was in my pals tackle shop when the middy rep was there, who I had met before. He was showing the latest middy rod, the quartix, around £300. Cutting a long discussion short I expressed the view that as it was some 50% or so more than their current top of the range it must be something special. But I added middy rods had little retail value when used. Always wanted one but. Then a month or so ago on ebay a stockist started to auction some off all 13's. About 25 by now I think. Anyway ,I was right, it really is something else. Insanely sensitive tips. Very pleased though I waited! But not parting with it either.
