Fluro knot

I use the Mhaseer knot but had one slip on me whilst pulling for a break on a snag so it’s now become a confidence thing

If you're concerned about slippage then tie a simple overhand knot in the tag end and feed it down to the eye of the hook. When using fluoro especially, take care not to crimp the line (e.g. if/when you're going twice through the eye), as if you do, however fancy the knot it's more likely to fail.

Tied properly all the above can be exceptionally strong.
A knot where a tag end is rapped several times around the line like grinners, bloods, mahseers etc should be eased really slowly into tightness. Even wet if pulled tight quickly they generate heat and friction.
I like a palomar for a swivel or anything where the doubled over line passes easily through. It’s just such an easy bomb proof knot.
Very rare you’ll see a palomar go before another link in the chain.
