Floating braid

Hi all ,
Can anyone recommend a "FLOATING BRAID " please 👍
Most braids float Adam. Sinking ones are the ones that can be hit n miss.
Get power pro and be done with it
Never hear of a bad word said about it. I use berkley whiplash 8 on my pike rods and that’s very very nice stuff.
Always buy braid on stated diameter not the Bs.

isn't jig silk a sinking braid?
I've not idea if it's supposed to sink but I do know that it lifts off the surface beautifully, and the fluoro colour helps 'mending' at distance. If you do go the Power Pro route then I'd suggest their Slick 8 for float fishing. It stays dry longer than the regular stuff and is much smoother through your line guides and through your fingers. Plus diameter of Power Pro regular is much greater than they state. IME.

I think most braids are stated under diameter due to the way they are measuring them. Braid goes flat under compression and I believe it’s the flattened measurements that are stated

Are you just using braid to fish the stick/ waggler on the Trent Adam? Braid can be a pain, especially on the Trent Adam, especially with a downstream prevailing wind..

Berkely Fireline Crystal 0.12mm / 15lb - 4-6ft Supplex (mono) leader on winders with various float set ups - loop to loop connection usually pushed up to top float rubber

I use braid mainline for all my fishing ! I assumed a floating braid mainline would be ok on the Trent 🤔

Just wouldn't want you to be spending money on something you may taking straight off.....
