Fishing Diary.

I have been using a waterproof notepad as a fishing diary, taking in weather, depth, venue,etc, etc etc.
Preferably i would want it, notepad size, hardback and if possible water resistant, but this is not a must.
Can anyone provide a link or address, for a fishing diary, which is suitable.

I just carry my diary and pen in a plastic bag and try to keep it dry.

Cheers Dave, the one i keep in a plastic bag i use to @*&% my %*$£.....
Seriously is there a fishing diary, which has, enviromentals, depths, etc etc already written in them. so i can just fill in the blanks.
