A big shout for the above. I ordered a 2nd hand handle assembly for a 1997 vintage Shimano. Due to a mix up, an unsuitable handle was delivered. A quick email to them mid morning yesterday was immediately answered by a phone call from them saying that a replacement would be posted. Amazed to find it on my doormat at 0800 this morning. Hats off to both Felindre and Royal Mail. I feel that we often forget to praise good service.

I have had 4 reels serviced by him and always been super fast turnround and superbly done and any questions you needed answering a quick phone call and he could not be more helpful
when he parted company with Shimano they never passed on the emails and he was accused of not answering emails this was NOT HIS FAULT as he wasnt getting them communication is now spot on


if he hasnt got the Shimano part you need on his shelf then its a good bet no one will have he may not be the cheapest but IMO he is the
best
AND!!!!!! his Shimano clutch upgrade washers will transform a good clutch to an amazing clutch I highly recommend you buy some and transform your reels

I rate them superbly as a business. I had a shimano reel order that nearly ran for a year, and they delivererd on their promise.
