There is a coot on the river that has obviously developed some sort of time shift technology first he is there...then he's over there, next he is......

I have been using that site for a while,in the recent floods it was useful to click on the Ouse at York link,it was amazing to see the river rise so much in a short space of time.
If you look on that link, you will see a traffic sign on the waterfront, in the floods it was totally submerged,that sign is well over 8 ft tall.
