Anyone got one they'd like to shift?? Not had one for 20yrs but may now have a use for one. ATBA

Now that brings back memories Terry, I had one in the 60's when I was a lad. I couldn't get in and out of one now and the crap I seem to carry the bag would not be big enough...Happy days though, thanks for the memory :)

Me too Bill. But I could only afford A rod. A reel and a few hooks then.

Great for a few hours roving though.

If it's the boxy framed thingy covered in green vinyl then brings back memories of square bottoms! Yes, got one somewhere.......

Must be about 50yrs ago now, as a young teenager one of those was in my Grandmother's catalogue. Bless her, she bought one for me. A folding stool with attached tackle bag, just the thing for outings on public transport.
Sadly the first time I sat on it, it collapsed.
Never had the heart to tell my nan.

There pretty collectable those Efgeeco seats , I have known them sell for upwards of £60 !If buying check carefully where the canvas goes round the frame they are prone to rot

I had one I nicked from my parents 100's of years ago, but it was branded as an 'artists' chair I recall, but was an exact copy of the fishing seat, you might try searching for that.

I have a 'Shaky' modern seat that has a back rest, very sturdy and practical, but of course doesn't have the bankside 'cred' of the Efgeeco, which might be a problem for you Tel :p

"Cred"????.. never bin able to gain or afford any mate

No thanks Neil, looked at the Wytchwood thing (thanks Gra) and realised I DID have some pride after all :)

Naaah, the Packaseat was more like a sledge, not an upright chair that needed a totally flat surface to stand on. Would probably never use one anyways. ATBA
