This is a new top section for a 15ft ultralite that never got to the riverbank as i managed to snap off the last three inches at home being stupid!! I've had the tip ring moved to the second ring's position and made the section about three inches shorter. Have bought a replacement section so this is spare if anyone wants a spare slightly stiffer section hence i'm only asking for £20 plus postage
