For sale is this rare Spectron M2 Spliced Tip float rod in excellent condition. It is the full 13' and the condition of the blank is excellent. Super-fast action and quick recovery as you'd expect from a spliced tip rod, but loads of power in the bottom two-thirds of the rod. Weighs in at 185g on my scales, and feels beautiful in the hand with my Triton True-Pin attached. Comes with original black Daiwa rod sleeve.
The hook-keeper has the bit for the hook missing and the hood of the reel seat has a bit of pitting on it (see pics). Other than that it is immaculate really.
Slightly reluctant sale as this really is a lovely rod, but need to raise funds for something else and it's "one in, one out" in the Rose household!
Looking for £140 collected (York) or £150 posted (Parcelforce).
