In a world where a "That will do attitude" is the norm I am always pleased to receive good service but at the same time delighted when I receive exceptional service and so its only fair that the company responsible should be named and that company is Pallatrax
A big thumbs up especially to Simon Pomeroy - Product Development who not only telephoned me personally but then backed up his words with positive action. IMO this sort of attention to detail sets them apart from the run of the mill. I have been a fan from the moment I used their hooks and hooklink braid, that simple call has simply served to confirm my loyalty.
