Coomby’s farm lodges river Severn

Jim, I fish it quite regularly in the winter, typical middle Severn with fish throughout, all swims produce on their day depending on the river conditions. Its very busy in the summer though, especially with the lodges so near. If you don't mind walking then Id say head downstream away from the lodges to get some swim choice.

There are Barbel all along this stretch both upstream to the Ship and Burts and down to Arley. It is though very rocky in places. The area opposite the BAA access is particularly rocky but there are decent numbers of Barbel. Upstream almost to the gate right next to the house is a good area.
