Cob centrepin. the ultimate barbel pin?

Rare limited edition Cob centrepin. Lucky number 69 of around 85 made in the 1980s. Mint and unused in its original box containing both the tools and instruction leaflet. As far as I know, this is the only centrepin ever made that has a lever brake, adjustable drag, and lever ratchet mechanism, and is the model that I now use for barbel fishing, and I'd thoroughly recommend it. The forward facing, lever operated brake is particularly useful in wet conditions when thumb braking on the rim of the spool becomes difficult. The drag is operated by the chrome button in the centre of the backplate, and the ratchet is operated by the rear facing lever, making it easily accessible. The quality of engineering is awesome, comparable with centrepins costing many times as much.
