Clear Rod Tubes

Hi everyone.
I've been trying to source a company/manufacturer that can supply me a bulk order of these clear rod tubes & caps.

I was in talks with a guy that use to be able to source them, but my emails are falling on death ears unfortunately. Either that or he simply can't supply them anymore?

Any ideas out there.
