This is an unused and perfect Chris Lythe centrepin with 2 spools. The reel is stamped 32 inside the back plate.
One spool is the classic 1915 Avon model and the other spool is the Scotton Trotter.
The reel has a slate grey anodised finish and ivory handles and is exactly the same as shown in the photos on Chris Lythe's website for the 2 spool types.
