Superb picture quality due to the massive sensor. Don't assume that the lower the megapixel count the lower the image quality. Picture quality depends on the image sensor size.
As for the accessories it comes with everything except the CF card . The rest are:
Neck strap;
Lens Cap;
Remote Control;
Battery
Charger;
Battery;
AC cable;
USB interface cable (plug in to your PC/Mac)
AV cable (plug in to your TV)
Software Starter Guide (v. useful if you'll be downloading the software)
And last, but not least, the Camera User Guide, all 150 pages of it (In English)

In good condition with only a few small marks on the body I included a few pictures plus one taken with the camera to show the quality.
