Yes, it'll be the No 2 at that test curve, and reel seats are sliding (according to the photo). I have one exactly the same and it is, I think, the standard Hexagraph build - I also have a Ray Walton No 2 Avon which is slightly different as the blank is whipped at multiple places á la some cane rods.

Hi Richard, I don’t know much about the hexagraph, but always want to try one. What action does it has? I also heard that the 1.25 is best for barbel and feels more like 1.75 hollow rod? Is the tip sensitive enough for chub? Thanks
 
Hi Huanzhou - It's very much a progressive-to-through action. I've had barbel up to my pb of 14-10 on the Walton version and have never felt undergunned. Having said that, I rarely fish more than two rod lengths out and use a 'pin exclusively.
Yes, it's a sensitive tip - so much so that it's sometimes difficult to understand how it handles big barbel so well.
