Thought I'd start a separate thread to the other worm one to ask:

Has anyone tried the blood worm boilies/paste you can get for carp, for barbel?

Not for barbel but i couldn't stop catching Tench on the sticky baits bloodworm hookers.
 
Simon - I think Welchy wrote in the AM that he'd done rather well on the Loddon using it.
Was quite a few years ago.
