Ever since we put the BFW Gallery live it's had problems with files over a certain size. As cameras (and phones!) have had their resolutions improved, the problem with the BFW file size limit has become more and more evident.
Thankfully we now have a fix that means that the new limit is a massive 20mb
If you've experienced problems uploading to the BFW Gallery in the past, you should be OK now and won't need to alter the file size yourself.
If you are uploading a large file, you'll find that the screen just sits there with the egg timer spinning until the upload is complete. Some browsers (like Chrome) show a little 'Uploading 23%' in the bottom left corner.
We will hopefully add a few more improvements soon that make it a little more user friendly.
