Badger brolly RIP

Have had my 60" Badger Overnighter brolly for 12+ years, but today it died, irretrievably.

It was raining so I had to either go home, or buy one. I have an Aqua Fast & Lite at home so a dilemma. But I bit the bullet and spent £85 on a 50" Korum Graphite.

No, I don't want to Google for a better price, it's done now :)

Raining????🤔

With guidance from Richard Isaacs I have drilled out (with difficulty) the brass storm pole thingies from my Badger,

If I do a late session I'll always have my Aqua in the van.
If you remove the center pole and prop it up just using the storm poles you can sit right back in it and your legs won’t get wet. I’m tall and it works for me.
