Ashfield angling

They've also just taken up the lease on the Thrumpton non weir stretch (it was known as the day ticket Ferry Farm stretch).

It's a great fishery with fairly easy banks with some whackers in there. But it's not a bites aplenty stretch.

The Tidal below Cromwell weir has some big lumps but does get rather hairy on the opposite bank with leads and feeders being cast (at times) into your water. Much better in the Autumn/Winter if conditions are favourable.
