Rod, Reel, Line, Hook, Landing Net, or even Bait ??? What would you never leave home without ? Me? probably my 3500b reels, the rolls royce of barbel reels IMHO, as well as my favourite Pallatrax hooks, i know that's 2, but hey ho :D What's yours ??? :)
 
Son's 'Shaky' fold up mat, doubles up as a seat, and a pocket to carry flask and bits, discontinued now, like all the good stuff.

Hi men ,

Our Nash barbel Elite rods , smash down nettles , smash down balsam , pull back branches , oh and Fish with them . Great rods , we have 5 of them .

Another vote for my I-power rods. They have been used so much they are in need of refurbishing.
Most of my big barbel this season have been caught on a Sharpe's impregnated cane rod and a Mill tackle Barbus reel, so I guess that is my current favourite set-up.
