Boca bearings in the US sell Adcock bearings but not cheap, you might be able to source sizes in the UK

Tom, have you tried cleaning the bearings it might save you having to change them. I managed to soak the Bearings on a Relum Pin in methylated sprit and it freed them up completely.

Get your glasses on or a magnifying glass, there should be a number on one of the ends. A quick search on the internet using the number should find it.

Should be SR4ZZ bearing, imperial size 0.25x0.625x0.196 but best to check your reel 10 listings on ebay at reasonable prices
