Just a note that 'All' the previous individual and club ACA memberships have now expired as of January 5th 2010.
As some might know, the ACA has now become 'Fish Legal' a major arm of the Angling Trust.
All previous ACA club memberships would have had their owned or leased fisheries 'insured' under the wing of the ACA against Pollution and Fish Kills etc, to where the ACA lawyers would act for compensation on their behalf if an incident unfortunately occurred.
It is wise that every individual should contact their club, (if they have have not done so already) to see if they have renewed their membership to the new body The Angling Trust/Fish Legal and to check with them if their own club fishery assets are secured and insured against the above mentioned, in which monetary losses and devastation to their fisheries could possibly occur at any time in the future.
