Abu Cardinal 55. This is a rare version that has a silent anti reverse. The reel is the original, early, 'non Garcia' and was made in 1980. This was, in fact, the only year Abu made the limited run of the silent anti reverse models.
This reel is in exceptional condition, having been only lightly used over the years. It's super smooth, the bail arm still snaps shut as it always did and the fantastic clutch, well it just purrs!!
Comes with a spare spool , of which neither have faded, decals all in place.
Simply a reel that would happily sit in a collection or be used for many many years of first class service. Buyers gonna be well pleased.
