A very nice example of a near mint condition abu 501 closed face fishing reel, serial reference number 780100, made in january 1978.
This reel has been completely stripped, cleaned & reassembled.
The anti reverse drag is fitted & works the way it should.
New black chenille fitted to the spool.
A new anti reverse pawl fitted & new stainless steel retaining clips fitted to the spool holder, also a new o-ring fitted to the clutch adjusting knob.
