i recentley sent 2 sets of fly weight mk2 scales back to reuben heaton for repair and calibration

i was contacted very quickly to say the scales are ready for return as soon as payment was recieved

on arrival of my package i was very pleased to find a completley new set , my original set must have been beyond repair ??

people are very quick to complain today about poor service from various companys , so i thought it only riight to give credit where its due

Having got a pair of these myself, I would guess that at today's manufacturing prices it would cost more to get somebody in the UK to undo the two screws that hold them together and take a look to see what has gone wrong, than it would to send a replacement set.
