11 foot rod sleeve

Does anyone make an 11 foot rod sleeve? The drennan medium sleeves used to fit 11 foot rods but can find those anywhere. Don’t fancy the price of the cotswold aquarius one, which seems to be the only one i can find at the moment.

If you are using large reel, cadence also do 11ft sleeves but imo too chunky.

I bought the Tackle Box version and find it too tight a fit and also not made for larger reels.

I tried to give Drennan some feedback on a recent FB post re their new specialist rods, asking why they only do specialist sleeves for 12’ and 3 piece/10’ rods. Obviously no reply, but I did receive some post likes, so I’m not the only frustrated angler.

The original Drennan blue padded sleeves are very good, I have a couple and a shame they stopped making them. Always go for a good price when they appear on ebay.

I didn’t realise drennan had stopped making their medium black and blue sleeves. Went to buy one of those originally at Amglimg direct and was told they were discontinued. Was sure i had one somewhere but must of sold it. Not keen on the tacklebox ones they’ve just made them so slim it’s too slim in my opinion.

Daiwa infinity is the way forward. The do or at least did an adjustable sleeve and it’s brilliant. I use one for my float rods and it fits rods just perfectly of all lengths.
