i would not disagree i used to use Powerpro on all my carp rods but its 'neutral' bouyancy caused me big problems on waters with a high concentration of algae etc it would attach to the line and make it more buoyant - float i've now found a far better braid that is impregnated with tungsten...

my info was from a few of the Korda guys for what its worth? but as i said before - only fish where you feel safe

sorry, but 90%+ of anglers do not understand test curves in truth they have really no correlation with how quickly you can land a fish i could waffle on for hours about how much pressure an angler can apply with a fishing rod but if you search online people with a real scientific background...

sorry, but fake Powerpro is still out there in bulk - also 'ordinary' tackle shops never sold say the 1500yd spools as they were too expensive check Ebay counterfeit forum and official feedback

sorry for late reply - i have been busy the spomb rod i designed was not simple and could not have been made by any custom rod builder in the UK because they do not have the time/expertise i used the homemade 'jig' to get the basic curve - but then the real work starts on the bank take...
