Looking at doing a few days camping with the missus but also with the chance of a little fishing as well. Anyone know of any campsites that have a stretch of river on site. Im in Surrey so needs to be below the midlands.
How many of you pre-bait if fishing the Thames or do you just turn up with big smelly glugged baits?
I know a couple of chaps that prebait but they live quite close to where they fish but they have had some nice fish out.

Have caught on both and just about to put an order in for 10k but cant decide which to get. Trying to stick to just one bait this season and also to be able to use it for a little carping. It will be spicy with garlic and made by Carp Company.

Had a bag of 21mm high energy marine halibut pellets sat gathering dust in my bait cupboard and thought I'd use them over the next few weeks. They are very oily so I was wondering if anyone had a rough idea at what water temp these pellets become ineffective?
