Under normal circumstances I would definitely fish in those conditions, I do think this particular influx of water may be quite cold though and may affect them feeding, unlike the last influx we had about 3 weeks ago, when they were really having it! I'd look to fish closer in steadier water...

It can be used as a conventional brolly Paul or a 'shelter' type as it's got the storm sides to it and can be pegged down. You can also remove the central pole and fit storm poles on the front to give yourself more room.
