So you attach the lead on to the run ring on the hook with the rubber sleeve. You tie the quick change swivel on your line and the fat end slides over the ring of the swivel. You attach your hooklength on the loop on the quick change swivel. Hopefully this explains it better

Yes he did Joe, I can't remember which one of the Up close and personal videos it was but I think it was when him and Guy were fishing the Lower Severn regularly.
