I've had the Pure PocketDAB 1500 for about 3 years now. Very happy with it and the built in re-chargeable battery lasts for ages, 24 hours plat time according to the blurb.

You need to upload them to an image hosting site such as Flickr and then you create a link in your post that looks for the uploaded image.

If its a spoked reel then there should be a release mechanism on one of the spokes. Look for 2 little rectangular shapes either side of a spoke and push them towards the hub then pull the spool away from the backplate.
