If anyone wants a nice light chair I found this. I've bought one and used it today. It's very light and fairly comfortable for it's size .I'm not sure how long it will last but we'll see...
I Like mine although the salopetts seem to come in smaller than the size stated.. If you can get to a shop and try them on. My coat is fine but like I say the salopetts seem small.
Nice and warm though.
Richard if you do really like the rod I would spend more time trying to replace the broken part. I had a shimano vengeance barbel rod and managed to break the quiver tip carrier but after emailing a few shops I did manage to get a replacement .
It might even be worth getting in touch with Daiwa...
Does anyone know if its possible to scald boilie (dynamite boilie chops) in the same way as we do pellets??..
I could just pva mesh bag them of course but I'm thinking of saving the price of the mesh if I can put them through a feeder on the Trent.
If not any other suggestions are very welcome...
Report it. I think punters need to know this kind of thing happens to. I never!! fish anywhere that I'm not 100% sure I'm entitled to .
I'm a bailiff to and some of the crap you get is just ridicules. I don't want to be sat somewhere fishing and a bailiff ask me for a ticket when I've not got...
Richard I find that sometimes we have to companies. Perhaps the perfect rod isn't out there yet. You asked for a 10ft 1.75tc rod and there it is.
Unfortunately we cant get to wiggle all of the rods but have to take a chance.

Looks like some great Barbel weather on its way.
Always makes me think of " A Quest For Barbel." It always seemed to be strong winds and heavy rain when Trefor West & Tony Miles were out there.
