I'm not sure 'immune" is the right term. My understanding is that people who have been vaccinated are less likely to have severe symptoms if they contract C19 and also able to infect others. So even more reason to act responsibly and prevent the spread even if they have had both shots

Use distance sticks. A couple of bank sticks will do. Set at, say, 3m and put 50 wraps on them. Voila, 150m and no need for a big field.

All good advice above but finding the fish is paramount. If you can't spot them then fish to a feature as Bill suggests. Bait and rigs are secondary to location.
