I'm with you on that Richard, I have a Peregrine GTX(Chimera2) and thats second only to my Basia 1.75s.

You simply cannot buy a rod without handling them first..... a test curve is just a mere indication, that's all. In less than a minute, I can tell if a rods worth a good look at and I'm sure, .ost of you can too. Even rod builders, they have a recommendation, but you will not know it suits...

Some lads i know ha e really struggled on the Maggot heli rig etc. Then a switch to wafter or window feeder etc has worked wonders. Your ticking all them boxes.. they will come. Always closer to a pb when your blanking. Hope its not A long walk for you....

Are you sticking to the classic Tench style. Drennan inline feeders and maggots G?.

You could be better with chimera 2s, that are for sale.
