Fishflix Fishing Tv

I assume the answer is ā€œyesā€ but can you download the videos (iPad / iPhone) and watch offline please ?

I’ve got a trip to Thailand soon and want some material for the flight.

You watch & download via the app but have to buy & cancel via the website (i buy the £7.99 per month option, then cancel it almost straight away so that i just get 1month viewing a couple of times a year when there is enough new material to watch)

The interviews are worth the subscription alone and Laurence Hanger's film making is top notch. MB does a really good job of asking most of the questions I'd want to ask, it really is a great achievement I think.

I'm not a subscriber, but have often considered whether to do so or not. Laurence is a top bloke, and he & I have often communicated over the years.

Is there an archives section where all the uploads are still viewable?
Yep all the videos are available on the app/website.

There’s also some older (pre-Fishflix) videos on there (catching the Impossible, fish for all seasons). I think there’s over 100 videos in total.

Just a note on pricing, I just restarted mine via the app and it was Ā£7.99 (even though the website said Ā£9.99). Not sure if it’s an app/website difference or because I’d subscribed previously.

I've been a subscriber for while now and echo the positive comments on here. I genuinely don't think there is currently anything else that comes near this level of quality which is why I'm happy to maintain my subscription rather than dip in and out periodically.

Also, other than the odd logo on a hat or some clothing there's not really any product placement with more emphasis on technique and watercraft plus some really insightful interviews.

I watched the record barbel film yesterday . I spent many hours blanking on kings weir after a big chub . I did catch one on the float of 6.14 and lost another .

I did 9 sessions for 1800 miles travelled and 8 blanks 🤣🤣🤣

Some of the best lads I've met were on there .. Mark Hewett , Russell bishop etc and Andy and Loretta . I used to take food down for all the feral cats .

Must go back one day ...

I expect you’d struggle to get anywhere near that water now until next season.

I dunno, you’d be surprised. Last season there were a few 20s being reported, including James Crosby’s record 22lb 1oz in Nov. I phoned up in Feb expecting it to be busy and got a swim for the next day. When I fished it I was the only one there.

(Didn’t blank! Caught a pike and a millers thumb on trotted maggots.)

When I was fishing it there were 7-8lb chub in the AT every week from there . It was busy on the weir so I joined the members section . I was working around London 3 times a week so would pop there after an early start .
Proper head banger of a place but if you got a bite your arse fell out as to what it could be on the other end ..
