I used it a few years back for a couple of seasons, initially started using it for Chub after reading about Terry Lampard success on it. Had some great chub on it and a few barbel (accidental captures) using boilies and paste
I believe he recipe was changed a while back
 
On the subject of Nutrabaits, I contacted them via a social media post recently, asking why they had nothing on their website in respect to Barbel? They replied saying both Trigga and Trigga Ice were proven Barbel baits, as part of the attached reply.

I read on their website that Trigga Ice was a successful Barbel bait, but never really thought about using it and not heard of it being used?
 
What annoys me about Nutrabaits is the fact they still maintain that all the recipes are the same from the original recipes of Bill Cottams / Dave Moore etc
But a lot of the ingredients are not available anymore , so how can they be the same ?
 
Was my go to winter bait for many years from when it got launched. Just used the liquid additive for a few years and was fine, then added Betaine HCL and GLM extract a few years in with a couple drops of black pepper oil per mix. Long time ago now but was very confident using this bait for barbel 👍
