Hi all , another rod I have the opportunity to purchase, but again can't find any information, seller's saying only 10 ever made?.
Help please.
Jim

So the 14ft 2.5 lb .
Was built by John Hutchinson for , leon Googan Dyke, a French carp angler, who also requested a 14ft 3.5 rod for carp.
If which many were made , but apparently only 10 of the 2.5s.
..... Also if anyone is interested there is a Trefor West, no 36 barbel rod with screw in quivertip, built on a century blank, before Harrisons started manufacturing rods with his input.

Just received a picture and it's actually a 14ft barbel specialist 2.5lb.
Apparently when first made for the “Frenchman “. They were too light, so the 10 they made were aimed at tidal and big river barbel fishing.
