Just read this. No confirmation as yet.

Pollution incident at Rotherwas Hereford started at around 12 mid day still on going at 3.27pm
Thousands gallons of waste black oil coming from culvert linking to Wye valley demolition Hereford council waste plant and I'm told also a fuel depo.
Reported to EA waiting for there arrival.
Now covering bank to bank at the carrots fishery.

EA on site but this went on for over 4 hours coming out an out let from the industrial estate.
The river from bank to bank is now covered from carrots down.
EA officers have witnessed this from Holm lacy bridge.

No ifs no buts it's waste black oil and obviously where it's coming from.

No one is looking for the start location yet.
The pollution stopped coming out the outlet 4pm now but there putting a boom up rather than looking for the culprit.
