Wye Fishery for Sale

No mention of the camp site that appears to occupy a significant part of the adjacent field…. Do they enjoy any rights on the water? Also looks like a fair bit of work might be required to open up any swims on the bottom,wooded section and presumably parking would need to be negotiated with the landowner(s)?

Lots of concerns with this bit, as you mention. I think only a couple of parking places. Unless it's changed, some of the householders along the bank also had fishing rights.
