Been reading CC since the first issue. The quality of the articles and the range of content has remained high throughout although there is a seasonal tendency with predator items in the winter months and barbel, tench etc in the warmer weather but that is understandable in a bimonthly mag. My only slight gripe is with the proof reading (perfectionist that I tend to be😏) but that is only a minor issue and is just down to me being fussy! Overall, an excellent read and well worth the price.😊

Yes you have Dave and your support is not taken for granted!

Believe me, getting and selecting material is very tricky. I do try and take the seasons into account and some may say there are too many pike articles during winter. I understand that but in my experience the pike anglers respond better than most other specialists.

I also take your point about proof reading. A few years ago each article went thorough 3 or 4 editing stages but I have to be honest and admit that is not the case now. The reason being that some think there is a 'team' behind CC in an office, but it is just me in my bedroom in my spare time. I don't say that as an excuse but for various reasons it gets harder as time goes on.

All constructive comment is always welcome and as I have stated many times 'You can't please all the people all of the time'

I’ve also subscribed since the start….superb mag with a wide range of articles. I can only imagine the work behind the scenes to get it published 👏
My only gripe which I’ve mentioned before was when the paper based mailing sleeve was replaced by a non recyclable one (at least in my area)
