This has probably been asked many times, does anyone know where i can get my baitrunners serviced, shimano's info on there webpage is crap,

This is the official UK service centre. It's now moved up to Nottinghamshire to co-locate with the HQ. http://fish.shimano-eu.com/content/eu/en_gb/Home/customer-service1.html

Alternatively, the former service centre, Felindre, is no longer the official service centre, but it does seem to be still operating.

I've not had mine done but I know someone who has and he recommended it's Dave Kelly who works at Trafford anglers

Another vote for Felindre - used them for a number of years - amazing service e.g 3 x baitrunners dispatched Monday, got them back Thursday and costs were very reasonable too.
I used someone else recommended by the local carp shop, took months, cost a lot more and the result wasn't half as good.
