Thanks Dave but now I've started to look into it a bit more I'm leaning more towards the helikon ECWCS ex Amy jacket and trousers which are both waterproof and breathable.
Regards,
Pete.
I was in Chapman's tackle today looking at the suits I really wanted to try the sundrige igloo suit but unfortunately there wasn't any. I did however try the Fox two piece and the Trakker F-32 which seems pretty good having a zip out fleece too.
Anyone tried the Trakker?
Hi I'm thinking more the fire maple now rather than the jetboil as it seems the jetboil is more for just boiling water. I've seen the fire maple on ebay for £70inc 2xgas canisters just one quick question of the fire maple users out there is is the gas readily available, ie are they a universal...
With winter coming I'm looking for a stove. I'd like something lightweight and compact so first thought is a jetboil of some variation, does anyone use one of these or would you recommend anything else?
Thanks,
Pete.
Great thread this I was looking at starting a wormery mainly for my perch fishing in the winter but after researching it gathered that breeding lobworms was virtually impossible.
Any chance of a step by step guide to getting started.
Thanks,
Pete.
Before I cobble something together of my own making I was wondering if anyone actually manufactured a large rig board that is capable of taking 2ft+ long pre-tied rigs?
I would prefer not to have a bin type one as I like to keep my rigs/hooklengths straight.
Cheers,
Pete.

I have exactly the same problem with the Gardner, usually just give them quick tighten at the beginning of the a session. Other than that a good net IMO.
