Hi all Could anybody tell me what the top ten threats to angling are? Do we really know why Barbel numbers have fallen in numerous parts of the country? How many anglers actually buy a licence each year? I would wager its less than 50 %. Where will angling be in another 25 years...

Thanks guys for your help. Opted for the above rod and having used it only once I was impressed ..chucked a 4oz feeder mid river on the trent with no bother, landed 8 chub on it to ,no Barbel as yet.

Gits ...horrible news .. Ive had mine stolen to so i now how you feel. :mad:
