Drennan Super Specialist Twin Rod Sleeve

The original Drennan super specialist twin rod sleeve was looking for ages for a mint one but managed to buy 2 of these brand new from an old school tackle shop in Norfolk...
I am using 1 for 2 x free spirit 12ft 2 piece rods with 5000 shimano baitrunners, landing net handle and 2 adjustable rod rests, this is just an example of what will fit in there..... the other is a "spare", just been stored in a cupboard with a couple of loose rods in there and never been out the house so still as new.
I'll never use it so just looking to get my money back... £30 including postage..

Well done Paul, you were very quick out of the blocks! I was pushing up the zzzz’s when Phil first posted 🤣 as Alan say’s, superb bit of kit but mines now showing many years of wear hence me asking to go on the reserve 👍

I’ll take a look Rich. Was lead to believe that they had changed but if I can get same I’ll be happy 👍
 
The new version, whilst still good, is less roomier than the original….I can get 2 made up rods with large reels plus two other blanks in original. New version is a very tight fit on larger reels.

I thought they were the same.
I swapped an old version of the single rod sleeve with someone on here for the newer version.
They wanted the old logo to match other gear and I wasn’t bothered.
These single rod sleeves were definitely near on identical baring the logo
